交換雑誌の発送をやめてもらうときの手紙の書き方

前任地で，海外からの紀要などが結構な数，送られてきていた．雑誌の交換をやめたいときにどのような手紙を書くか，悩んだことがある．某国から現職場に来ていた手紙を以下に記しておく．

CANCELLATION OF EXCHANGE AGREEMENT

According to the existing exchange agreement between our libraries we receive from your *****.
We kindly ask you to delete our adress from your mailing list for the above title from current issue if possible.
Thank you very much for the publications we have recieved throughout these years.
